Today is election day! Did you vote? Did you encourage your friends/family/co-workers/etc. to vote? (I voted two weeks ago, which has caused me to be sans "I voted!" sticker today.)
The right to vote is such a beautiful thing -- one that should never be taken for granted. I mean really stop and think about it...our civil liberty allows US, as citizens, to have a say in our government, from the local to national level. We are not oppressed by our government, rather we have a "government of the people, by the people, for the people". We assist in the change the happens in our country, we make history.
