GLOW

A few weeks ago I knocked another run off my list of five 5k's to complete in 2013:The Electric Run: a nighttime inversion of light and sound.  

The Electric Run was my first night run -- and it definitely set the bar high. It was located as at the Puyallup Fair Grounds, a nice easy course that was much more about the visual appeal than the challenge of the run -- right up my alley! This event had everything from Neffmau5 land to electric forests, glowsticks to blacklights, and more!

After the run there is a huge dance party with plenty of dubstep to hold you over until Paradiso 2014. And the best part of the whole night was that the Fisher Scone wagon was open, so we ended the night  replacing the calories we burned, with a warm scone.
